How The Dream Began
Jorge Reyes and Griselda Miranda, hailing from Nicaragua and Mexico respectively, shared a dream of opening a top-tier Latin American restaurant.
Their journey began with a small restaurant in 2006, which evolved into a taco truck before culminating in the successful launch of El Chino Taqueria y Mariscos in 2013. By combining traditional Mexican recipes with seafood specialties, they created a beloved dining experience that has expanded to three locations.
Their perseverance and culinary expertise transformed their distant dream into a thriving restaurant empire.
